Bliss Yoga is a slow, restorative practice designed for every body.

 

The problems you bring begin to melt away before

 

class ends.​

 

 

Most yoga styles are similar to a workout.  You move and bend and twist, maybe sweat, and at the end you are in a pleasant state of mild exhaustion.  In this state, your mind would quiet down.  But you have tightened your spine, trying to follow what everyone in class is doing, and you have added to your physical tensions.

 

 

Our Bliss yoga does it differently.  Slow-paced sequences of poses gradually unravel the deepest layers of your spinal tensions.  You are always supported by yoga blankets, and gently guided, with poses adjusted and tailored for your individual needs.  Support = Release!!!

 

 

Once your spine is open, you come to deep stillness.  In this stillness, you experience the bliss of your own true Self.  Once you open your eyes after the final Shavasana, the whole world feels brighter.
